Return Policy

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (whether you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of delivering the package to the return sender, but in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you would like to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

We can ship to almost 100 countries.

Please note that there are restrictions on certain products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All orders in Norway are shipped with Postnord directly from Herbalife's warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking from Postnord.

Normal delivery time is 4-7 business days.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If the wrong address is provided and the package is returned, re-sending may result in additional delivery time and possible additional shipping costs.

Packages not collected within the deadline will be returned to the warehouse. Any costs incurred in returning or re-shipping may be charged to the customer in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
