Stop complaining and do something about it!

At first, when I heard the word "manifestation," I thought it was something superstitious. But it’s actually as simple as this: think a lot about what you want to happen, and it will happen. It might sound a bit abstract, perhaps? But what if it really is that simple?

If you tell yourself in the mirror every morning that you’re ugly and that you’ll never accomplish anything, eventually that’s what you’ll believe.

On the other hand, if you say the opposite—that you’re beautiful and ready to take the world by storm—that will eventually become your reality regarding how you view yourself.

Act as if you are already where you want to be. Feed your brain with the reality you want to create. Don’t let thoughts about what others think of you take over. Create your own reality. Over time, the choices you make will lead you in the right direction.

Optimism and a positive mindset can lead you to make different choices than you would if you chose to think negatively.

Don’t compare yourself to others—to the people you see on social media. Things aren’t always what they seem in other people's lives. Don’t try to be perfect; instead, practice turning every situation into an opportunity to improve.

Be honest with yourself about who you are. Realize that you won’t necessarily feel better just by achieving the things that seem to make others happy; something completely different might be what brings *you* joy. Stop complaining and ask yourself: what can I do to change this?

Compare yourself to where you started. Become the person you look up to. Be the kind of person you are drawn to. Be kind, smile at others, and stay positive. You are responsible for the direction your life takes—don’t blame what others do. Don’t blame others for the way your life is going; instead, take action to change it if you aren’t satisfied.

Spend time with the right people. Socialize with those you enjoy being around—people who cheer you on, say kind things, and offer criticism when you need to hear it. Get to know new people—people who can add value to your life and bring you positive energy.

Listen to motivational podcasts and read books that support the direction you want to take. Dare to do what is right for you, rather than what others expect. Don’t let yourself be held back; instead, discover and realize your full potential.

Learn something new and step outside your comfort zone.

Eat well, stay active, get enough sleep, laugh more, and stop giving a damn!

Do the things you would regret not doing when you reach the end of your life.

And do it now, because you never know which day will be your last.
